English Version:

Hadith 1: Masjid Al-Aqsa - The Second House of Allah on Earth

Abu Dharr (r.a.) reported that he asked the Prophet (s.a.w), "O Messenger of Allah, which Masjid was built first on earth?" The Prophet (s.a.w.) replied, "The Sacred Masjid of Makkah." Abu Dharr (r.a.) again asked, "Which was next?" The Prophet (s.a.w.) said, "Masjid Al-Aqsa." Abu Dharr (r.a.) further asked, "How long was the period between the building of the two Masjids?" The Prophet (s.a.w.) said, "Forty years. Apart from these, offer your prayer anywhere when it is time to pray, although excellence is in praying in these Masjids." (Bukhari)

Hadith 1: Masjid Al-Aqsa - Rumah Kedua Allah di Atas Muka Bumi
Abu Dzar (r.a.) berkata bahawa beliau bertanya kepada Rasulullah (s.a.w.), "Wahai Rasulullah, Masjid apa yang pertama dibina di atas muka bumi?" Rasulullah (s.a.w.) menjawab, "Masjidil Haram di Mekah." Abu Dzar (r.a.) bertanya lagi, "Masjid apa selepas itu?" Rasulullah (s.a.w.) bersabda, "Masjid Al-Aqsa." Abu Dzar (r.a.) bertanya lagi, "Berapa jangka masa pembinaan dua Masjid tersebut?" Rasulullah (s.a.w.) bersabda, " Empat puluh tahun. Berkaitan dengan ini, dirikanlah solat di mana sahaja apabila masuk waktu solat, walaupun yang terbaik adalah solat di dalam Masjid tersebut." (Riwayat Bukhari)
